The contest aims at the development of projects that will serve to build a common area of prosperity between Melilla and Morocco. The objective of this contest of Ideas will serve those responsible for FHIMADES to know what demands and priorities that should guide any action in the field of cooperation and development, hence they can stand for the same projects of cooperation and development located in Melilla and Nador province that target promote actions to improve the socio-economic conditions of its citizens.
These projects or ideas may arise, either individually or by groups, being a maximum finger people that part of each of these groups, being the butt of ideas by each of the participants of three, either individually or in group. Projects submitted to this contest of Ideas and projects on development cooperation should be grouped into one of the following areas of action: health. Environment. Education and training. Infrastructure. SMEs. Similarly, each project should detail the following sections: title and brief description. Area of action. Location and beneficiary populations. Immediate benefits and impact expected on the socio-economic development of the area. Continuity and expected developments of the projects. Population type to which it is addressed. Calendar and scheduling of the actions. Estimates and budget resources. Necessary staff and level of training. Potential collaborating institutions.
The implementation of the projects submitted to this contest of Ideas of FHIMADES should be a period not exceeding 24 months, to be awarded the first one with a plaque, a diploma and $ 3,000, at the time that will see the two runners, with budgetary resources each of them 1,500 euros of prize.
