The objective of this course was Guide to those who wish to enter the world of the cooperation of the development of the Mediterranean. The activity took place between May 31 and June 3, 2006 and was attended by teachers with an important career dedicated to Mediterranean, European policy and cooperation, among them representative of the European Union in Spain, José Luis González Vallvé.
