The Lieutenant Colonel of the army’s Earth Jesus Diez Mayor was in charge yesterday to close the sixth Conference for development and security in the Mediterranean of FHIMADES in the Salon Dorado in the Palace of the Assembly of Melilla. Ten Mayor, as an expert on the conflict in Mali, told attendees how developed the so-called ‘crisis of the Sahel’, that Melilla and the European Union have been and are affected.
