The President of the Elcano Royal Institute, Emilio Lamo de Espinosa, offered on the afternoon of a conference entitled ‘ old and new world. Europe and the emerging powers ‘, which was organized by the Foundation for the Moroccan socio-economic development (Fhimades). I lamo de Espinosa said that Spain is one of the areas that “go wrong in a world which, in general, is going well”. The talk was held at the gilding the Palace of Assembly Hall and it was attended by the main civil and military authorities of the autonomous city.
