FHIMADES publishes the proceedings of the Conference the EU’s external borders (in Spanish)

The Foundation for the economic and Social Development Hispano-Moroccan (FHIMADES) has published the “diary of the 1st Conference on the EU’s external borders”, in which – in English and Spanish – collected papers presented at a conference held in May of 2012 with the participation of experts from Italy, Finland, Greece and Poland.
