It featured the participation of four experts in security and international relations, who agreed the international terrorism as the main enemy of the social development of today’s world. The ceremony was attended by close to a hundred people, including businessmen, politicians and others. The speakers were Professor Manuel Torres of the University Pablo de Olavide in Seville, the captain of frigate Rafael Espinosa, a member of the Spanish Instituto de Estudios Estrate-magical (IEEE), the President of the Spanish Association of manufacturers of armament, Andrés Sendagorta, and the director of the Institute of International Affairs and foreign policy, Vicente Garrido as a moderator of the round table. The last cycle developed by the Foundation based in Melilla in the hotel Melilla Puerto had its Chairman, Jose Maria Lopez Bueno, as introducer of the rapporteurs and the submission of the director of the IEEE, Vice Admiral Jaime Rodríguez Toubes.
