The Foundation for the socioeconomic Hispano-Moroccan development (Fhimades), powered by project Melilla, will be present at Hall of Moroccans resident abroad ‘Jalia 2008’, which on Saturday opened in Nador in order to become an initiative for the development of the eastern region of the Moroccan North. The idea, according to its organizers, is to promote actions, contacts and relationships necessary to provide a development platform Nador.
