Pressure in the sensitive southern borders of the European Union – the land of Spain with Morocco and the sea with Italy in the Sicily channel has increased exponentially in the past few months and nothing makes it possible to expect that it is going to fade in the foreseeable future. The problem is aggravated by insufficient solidarity of the other partners of the EU with the national guardians of borders that should be considered common to all.
