Cross-border cooperation at the Spanish-French border began in the Decade of 1980, consolidating several areas local and regional cross-border such as la Cerdanya. In this space some cross-border bodies, have been formed at the same time that projects have been developed in various sectoral areas, such as management of water, health, education and animal husbandry. Their analysis allows us to identify territorial differences, implementation strategies, motivations and obstacles
