Euro-Mediterranean relations along the North and South of the Mare Nostrum riverbanks have been intense and fruitful throughout history, being currently embedded in the process of European integration through the Union for the Mediterranean and the European neighbourhood policy. It’s unfinished developments in which the results are somewhat modest, even though you have been laying the groundwork for economic, political and socio-cultural relations more promising, in addition to having created a more cooperative atmosphere. As you go through these relationships shows that they require transformations posed many challenges and some edges, being the guarantee of success linked to that process is felt as something for each one the two shores of the Mediterranean.
